Your registration will be valid only if the adequate registration fee payment is received by the SCES2017 Secretariat. If the Early Registration Fee payment is not received by the Early Registration deadline the Late Registration Fee will be automatically charged.
After completing your registration you will receive a registration overview by an email with a notification confirming the received payment and eventually stating the outstanding amount.

- Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card
Please note that the payment is charged in CZK according to the actual daily exchange rate. The total amount which will be charged in CZK as an equivalent to EUR is always shown in your order before final confirmation. Due to the exchange rate discrepancy the total amount charged in EUR by your bank can be slightly different.
In case of rejected online credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to log into the Online Registration Form and try to process the registration and the payment again. If the trouble with the payment persist, the participant is advised to contact the credit/debit card issuer/bank first and check if online transactions are not disabled on the credit/debit card. Afterwards, the registration can be processed again.
The final invoice and Certificate of participation at SCES2017 will be provided to the participants as a part of conference materials.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of Registration:
- Until 30 April 2017 – 20% of the fee will be deducted from all refunds (administrative fee).
- From 1 May 2017 until 15 June 2017 – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- From 16 June 2017 – no refund can be processed under any circumstances.
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or email) to the Secretariat according to the following conditions:
For any change of name, a fee of 30 EUR will be charged.
Any post-conference queries (e.g. requests for refunds) can be made until 31 July 2017 only. Later requests will not be considered.
Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with unique email address.
When registering more than one person under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

I agree to the collection, preservation and processing of personal data contained in this form, by the administrator Splendid Production s.r.o., Ciglerova 1082/16, 198 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic (or its employees) for the purpose stated below.
This consent is granted for all of the information contained in this form, and throughout the five years from the date of consent. At the same time, I am aware of their rights under § 12 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
I am familiar with all completed parts of this form, and I declare that all information is accurate and truthful and are provided voluntarily.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with § 5 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, all information given on this form are collected and processed solely for purposes of processing registration and accommodation requirements for the SCES 2017 in July 2017 and for sending related messages to the data subject via electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll. Summarized data from this form may be used by the administrator for internal statistical purposes and for internal use of the administrator.
Statement by Administrator
Data administrator declares that they will collect personal data to the extent necessary to accomplish the intended purpose and may be processed only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of the administrator or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the administrator and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, even after termination of employment or work.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the event be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
